BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#322-04-292822602. This is a
roadway project to add turn bays and accelj decel lanes and is to be
funded by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
