CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 51-8683 -094 adopted March 1, 1994. This
change is to consolidate all expected expenditures in one Sales Tax fund and increase the amount
budgeted for utility relocation by $35,000
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II
$84,500
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
BY BASIN
Butler $84,500
BY DISTRICT
3rd & 6th $84,500
Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the Comptroller
for direction in carrying out this project.
