SMALL PROJECTS (TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SIGNAL PROJECTS)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1:
The project authorized is for the replacement of fifteen (15) traffic signal
controllers in various areas across the county. Replacement is necessary
due the age of the existing traffic signal controllers, the frequency of
lightning damage, and other maintenance problems. The total estimated
cost of replacing the traffic signal controllers is $97,500.00 and will be
funded by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Funds.
Section 2:
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
$97,500.00
Section 3:
Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
