CAP IT AL PROJECT BUDGET AMENDMENT
SAND RIDGE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8796-096 adopted March 19, 1996. This
change is for the addition of funds for the purchase of rights of way for construction of this proj ect.
These funds in the amount of $45,000 will come from County Forces Drainage account number
55-8081-00-0882 in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II
$54,800
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
BY BASIN
Spirit $54,800
BY DISTRICT
6th $54,800
Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
