BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-20 1823161. This project
proposes to widen S.R. 56 to include left turn lanes and decellanes in
both directions thus improving safety at the intersection. The additional
funds with the said project, in the total amount of $185,000 to be
funded by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture (Acct #323-04-
29682333) .
Section 2: The following, revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:

Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
