S.R. 56 @ PHINIZY ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER THREE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended.
Sec1:ion l: . The project change is authorized to CPB## 322-04-292822692 adopted
November 19, 1996. This change is for the addition of funds to construct
a concrete' paved, ditch and addition of storm drain piping and a fire
hydrant and is funded from the Special One Percent Sales Tax, Phase II
and Phase III recaptured funds.
Section 2: The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within
the terms of the funds appropriated herein.
Section 3: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
