BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project authorized is for CPB# 323-04-203823261. This project
is authorized for installation of sidewalks along Richmond Hill
Road between Harding and Lumpkin Roads. This project is to be
funded by Special 1% Sales Tax Phase III Recapture.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
$125,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
Bv District
BV Basin
6th $125,000
Rocky Creek $125,000
Section 4: Copies of this Capital Project Budget shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
