BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the following
Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: This project is authorized to CPB#327-0411 10-208812301. In 2008 the Engineering Department
partnered with the Utilities Department on this contract to allow improvements to the storm
water management system, roadway alignment, and riding surface along Camellia Road.
Funding for this prQject is located in Urban SPLOST Ph. III Recapture in the amount of $330,000.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government to
complete the project.
Special 1% Sales Tax, Urban Phase III

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the prQject:

Section 4: Copies of this Capital PrQject Budget shall be made available to the Comptroller for direction in
