RAE'S CREEK CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS, SECTION II
CHANGE NUMBER THREE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8384-324 adopted September 8, 1992. This
change is for the addition of funds for the construction portion of this project. The funds in the
amount of $2,091,000 are to come from Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II for the Suburban District and
from Water and Sewer Renewal and Extension for the Urban District.
Section 2, The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Water & Sewer Renewal & Extension

$3,136,979
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
