CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
RAES CREEK, PHASE III
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of AugUsta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB# 326-04-288811357.
This change authorizes additional funds for Advertising, Right of
Way, Construction and Contingency. We propose to widen,
straighten and stabilize areas of the channel and reconstruct the
pond spillway as well as improve the entrance road. The change
is for the total amount of $440,000 and will be funded by the
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture $ 40,000
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Suburban $ 640,000
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Urban $ 200,000
$ 880,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
