S,R. 56 @ PHINIZY ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following capital project budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1, The project authorized is for the installation of a signal and widening of Phinizy
Road to 5 lanes at the intersection of S,R. 56, ZEL Engineers will design the project. The
estimated costs of this project $240,500 and are to be funded by Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
Recaptured Funds,
Section 2. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IT

Section 3, The following amount are to be expended for the project:
