BElT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for design, furnishing and installation of a
lightning protection system at Phinizy Road Jail.
Section 2: The following revenues are available in SPLOST PHASE IV to complete
the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
