BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:

The project authorized is for Construction, and Contingency associated
repairing the retention pond, 54 inch culvert and adjacent structures and
roadway located off of Smoketree Lane in the Pepperidge Pointe
Subdivision. The cost of this project is $50,000.00 and will be funded by
Suburban Forces Grading and Draining, Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Funds.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
