BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB# 327-04-296812005. This
change is for reconstruction of the parking lot entrance on lOth Street in
the total amount of $50,000.00 to be funded by Recapture, Phase III.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Recapture, Phase III Funds
