Peach Orchard Road (SR121/US25)
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project authorized is for CPB# 322-4-XXXXXXXXX. This project is in the
Georgia Department of Transportation's Construction Work Program. This will
widen Peach Orchard Road from the Waynesboro bypass in Waynesboro to SR88
in Richmond County. The Augusta Richmond County is to provide the necessary
funds for utility relocation for which the estimated amount is $870,000. These
funds will come from Speciall % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture Funds

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
