CAPIT AL PROJECT BUDGET
PAVING VARIOUS ROADS, PHASE VI
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following capital project budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1. The project authorized is for the grading, draining and paving of 22 dirt roads. These
roads are: Pollard Road, 14th Avenue, McComlick Road, Queen's Way, Gaskill Road, Martin
Lane, Carter's Lane, Unbecker Road, Wise Drive, County Line Road West, Hobson Mill Road,
Pine Tucker Road, Baxley Lane, Mytris Street, Gracewood Drive ,Nunnery Road, Forest Road
Extension, Meyers Lane, Bowers Road, Carter Lane, Winter Street and Jason Lane. The
estimated costs of $1,000,000 are to be funded by the balance of County Forces funds in Special
1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Suburban which is $950,000 and $5,000 is to come form Special 1 %
Sales Tax, Phase III Urban.
Section 2. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission to complete
the project:
