CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET
PARHAM ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: . The project authorized is for CPB# 322-04-200822631. This is a multi
county project in the Georgia Department of Transportation's Construction
'Work Program. The Parham Road project begins in Richmond County at
State Route 10 and runs northwest into Columbia County. The Augusta-
]~ichmond County portion of this project is to provide only the necessary
funds for Right-of-way acquisition and utility cost within Augusta-
Richmond County for which the estimated amount is $9,500. These funds
will come from Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:

{x J Provide all rights-ol-way and/or easements neededfor the construction of the project
and remove existing structures or obstructions within the rights-ol-way.
I x J Make all utility relocations, adjustments or betterments of publicly owned utilities that
are in conflict with construction of this project Reimburse Georgia D. O. T. for any damages
paid to the' contractor for delay of construction caused by a delay in relocating the publicly
owned utilities.
{ x J Relocate or adjust all privately owned utilities to clear construction of this project,
including ;a.djustments at railroad crossings if required
I x J Furni'sh detours, local borrow & waste pits as needed
{ J We support this project but choose not to conunit any funding, realiZing this may delay
