BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-296823220. This project is
for minor widening of the road including turn lanes at intersection and
to add curb, gutter arid sidewalk, from 6th Avenue to Nicholas Street.
This authorization is for Engineering, Right of Way, Advertising,
Construction and Contingency associated with the said project, in the
total amount of $2,060,000 to be funded by the Special 1% Sales Tax,
Phase III.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
$2,060,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-296823521. This project is
for the construction of minor widening including turn lanes at
intersection and to consider adding curb, gutter and sidewalk, from S.
R. 56 to Gordon Highway. This authorization is for Engineering, Right of
Way, Advertising, Construction and Contingency associated with the
said project, in the total amount of $1,096,000 to be funded by the
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the prc;>ject:
