CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#323-04-296823521. This project
change is for additional funds needed for engineering with the said
project, in the total amount of $65,000 to be funded by the Special 1%
Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture

$1,161,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
