OATES CREEK REHABILITATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB#323-04-203823451. This project
provides funds for construction activities to be performed by the Corps
of Engineers to implement the plan developed in the Design Deficiency
Evaluation Reconnaissance Report in the amount of $840,000 to be
funded by the One Percent Sales Tax Phase III Recapture.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
