BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia.
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:

The project authorized is for Engineering Services associated with this
general roadway improvements project. We propose to widen the existing
road, install curb and gutters, and sidewalks onto Morgan Road, beginning
at Tobacco Road and ending at 1,850 feet Eas.t of U.S. 1 (Deans Bridge
Road). The total estimated cost of Engineering Services is $11 0,900.00
and will be funded by the Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Funds.
The following' revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
