BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond,'
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby
amended:

'rhe project change authorized is to CPB#57-8906-097
adopted March 18, 1997. This change is for the
addition of funds for right-of-way in the amount of
$75,000. These funds are set aside for this
project in Special One Percent Sales Tax, Phase
III.
'rhe project director is hereby directed to proceed
with the right-of-way process within the terms of
the funds appropriated herein.
The following reven~es are anticipated to be
available to the Commission-Council to complete the
project.
