CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the following
Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: This project is authorized to CPB#323-041110-207823001. This project proposes to provide
emergency access to motorist located in the Columbia Nitrogen Industrial District. Motorist
would be able to access Lover's Lane Evacuation route from both the east and west side of 1-520.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated Government to
complete the project.
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture
