BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section]. The project change authorized is to CPB# 51-8301-320 adopted September 1, 1992, This
change is for the addition of funds for advertising, construction and contingency. This amount of
$3,059,000 will come from Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IT and Utility Renewal and Extension funds.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:

Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase 11
Utility Renewal and Extension
