CHANGE NUMBER FOUR
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 51-8571-269 adopted May 7, 1991. This
change is to budget for the funds associated with construction of the project. These funds in the
amount of$I,551,000 are set aside in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II as this is a Priority Project,
Section 2, The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein, '
Section 3, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
