BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 51-8571-269 adopted May 7, 1991. This
change is for the addition of right of way funds in the amount of $165,000, These funds are to come.
from those allocated for the project and recaptured funds in Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II,
Section 2, The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein,
Section J, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase I .
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
