CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AMENDMENT
HILL WOOD CIRCLE/WHITEHEAD DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 57-8356-099 adopted May 21, 1996. This
change is for the addition of funds for rights-of-way, advertising, construction and contingency in the
amount of $354,200, These funds are set aside in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III with
rights-of-way for fiscal year 1996 and the balance to be budgeted for in 1997.

Section 2, The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein,
Section 3, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 4, The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Section 5, Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
