HlLLWOOD CIRCLEIWHITEHEAD DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following capital project budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1. The project authorized is for the installation of a storm drainage system along the
north side of Whitehead Drive and between Hillwood Circle and Hillwood Lane, The
preliminary engineering costs are $23,800 and are to be funded by Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase
III as this project is on the approved list.
Section 2. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:

Weare pleased to present the following proposal for providing engineering services to
control storm water in the vicinity of the above referenced project.
A SCOPE:
. Prepare construction plans showing the installation of storm pipe along the rear
properties between Hillwood.Circleand Hillwood Lane and along properties on the

B. SERVICE:

'. A maximum fee of twenty three thousand eight. hundred, dollars ($23;800.00) is
proposed. This is based on an engineering and de~ign fee of nineteen thousand
five hundred dollars ($19,500.00) and a surveying fee of four thousand three.
