BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project authorized is for CPB# 323-04-296823191. This is for
Advertising, Construction and Contingency of the said project in
the amount of $52,600. These funds will come from the Special
1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Grading & Drainage account.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:

Washington Road Sidewalk, Ph II
Phase III Grading & Drainage
