GENERAL ROADWAY & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following capital project budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1. The project authorized is for the following ,small projects: I) Mann Memorial Church
Drainage, 2) Nanette Drive Drainage, 3) Wylds Road Driveway, 4) Forest Acres Drainage, 5)
Doug Barnard Parkway Turn Lanes, and 6) Lumpkin Road Drainage, The estimated amount of
$474,000 is to be funded from County Forces Grading and Drainage accounts in Special 1%
Sales Tax, Phase II,
Section 2, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II

Section 3, The following amount are to be expended for the project:
