FOREST PARK SUBDIVISION DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section L The project change authorized is to CPB# 57-8270-096 adopted May 21, 1996. This
change will separate this project into two phases. Phase I will consist of the construction of the
detention facility only, This change also is for additional engineering funds, the inclusion of funds for
right of way, construction and contingency in the amount of$151,088. These funds are set aside for
this project in Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
fimds appropriated herein.
Section 3, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
