BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:

The project change authorized is to CPB#57-8270-096 adopted
May 21, 1996. This change is to combine Phase I and II of the
Forest Park Subdivision Drainage Improvements projects into
one (including the Castlewood Drive Detention Basin). The
additional funds of $607,737 are set aside in Special One
Percent Sales Tax, Phase III for these projects.
The project director is hereby instructed to proceed with the
project within the terms of the funds appropriated herein.
The foilowing revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Commission-Council to complete the project:
