BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project authorized is.. for CPB# 324-04-201824117. This
project is to address drainage related issues in the general area
from Laney-Walker Boulevard to Broad Street. This project will
also include roadway improvement to include resurfacing, adding
curb, gutter, and sidewalk where feasible. The funding for this
project was set up for Advertising, Engineering, Right of Way,
Utilities, Construction and Contingency. Additional funding in
the amount of $ 853,000 is required to fully fund this project.
Funds are available in SPLOST PH II contingency.
Section 2: The following revenues are available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
