EAST BOUNDARY-STREET DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS

BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
G~orgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB#324-04-201824117. This project is to
address drainage related issues in the general area from Laney-Walker
Boulevard to Broad, Street. This project will also include roadway
improvements to include resurfacing, adding curb, gutter, and sidewalk
where feasible. This authorization is for Advertising, Engineering, Right
of Way, Utilities, Construction and Contingency associated with the said
project, in the total amount of $1,167,000 to be funded by the Special
1 % Sales Tax, Phase IV.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
