CRANE CREEK CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8369-323 adopted September 8, 1992. This
change is for the addition of funds for geotechnical work associated with the construction of a dam
for the detention facility in order to meet state regulations. This amount of $8,184 will come from
Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Recaptured Funds.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
$131,394
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
