BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section I. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8369-323 adopted September 8, 1992. This
change is for the addition of funds for the purchase of rights-of-way in the amount of $350,000.
These funds are set aside in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II for this project.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
