BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that
the following Capital Project is hereby amended.

The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8369-323 adopted September 8,
1992. This change is for the addition of funds to advertise for bids and construct
the project. These funds in the amount of$1,101,000 are set aside in Specia11%
Sales Tax, Phase II. The scope of the project is also amended to delete the
detention facility.
The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the
terms of the funds appropriated herein.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II
