CAPIT AL PROJECT BUDGET AMENDMENT
COUNCIL DRIVE & DONALD ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 55-8307-095 adopted December 19, 1995.
This Change is for the addition of funds for rights of way, advertising, construction and contingency
in the amount of $147,000, These funds are to come from those set aside in Special 1% Sales Tax,
Phase IT.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein,
Section 3, The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special I % Sales Tax, Phase IT
$161,000
Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project:

BY DISTRICT
3rd $161,000
Section 5. Copies of this capital project budget amendment shall be made available to the
Comptroller for direction in carrying out this project.
