COOK ROAD AND GLENDALE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
CHANGE NUMBER ONE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond, Georgia that the following
capital project budget is hereby amended:
Section 1. The project change authorized is to CPB# 57-8403-097 adopted May 21, 1996. This
change is for the addition of funds for right of way, advertising, construction and contingency in the
amount of$2,021,000. These funds are set aside for this project in Special 1% Sales Tax., Phase III.
Section 2. The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the terms of the
funds appropriated herein.
Section 3. The fol1owing revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission-Council to
complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax., Phase III
$2,107,000
Section 4. The fol1owing amounts are appropriated for the project:
