CHANGE NUMBER THREE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby authorized:
Section 1: The project is authorized for CPB# 323-04-296823215. Additional
funding is required in the project right of way account to allow Augusta-
Richmond County to be in compliance with the provisions for Federal
requirements. Additional funding is also required for the project utilities
account. There is no need for a new funding source as these funds are
available in the project construction account.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
