CHANGE NUMBER FIVE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB#323-04-2968239309. This
change is for the additional funds necessary for Engineering Services
associated with the said project, in the total amount of $47,125 to be
funded by the project Right-of-Way account within the Special 1% Sales
Tax, Phase III Fund.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
$ 1,984,000
Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
