IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Capital Outlay Fund Budget for the year
2003 be amended to reflect a decrease in property taxes of$101,890.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appropriations be decreased by $101,890 for
Capital Project expenditures.
