WILKINSON GARDENS AREA RD & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
th~t the following Capital Project Budget ishereby adopted:
Section 1: This project is to rectify the flooding problem and incorporate roadway
improvements in the Wilkinson Garden Area. At present, funding is
requested for Engineering and design work and is authorized to CPB # 323-
04-204823525. This project is to be funded by Special 1% Sales Tax,
Phase III, Recapture account.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
