BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized to CPB#323-04-2968239309. This
change is for the transfer of funds in the amount of $50,000 within the
project necessary for Engineering Services associated with the said project.
The total Capital Project Budget remains unchanged.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
