BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change authorized is to CPB#321-04-288821235. This
change is for the addition of funds for Advertising, Signals,
Construction and Contingency in the amount of $1,416,000. These
funds are set aside in Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase III.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III
