PINNACLE PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project be set up is authorized to CPB# 322-04-203822642.
The funding for this project is needed for Advertising, Right of
Way, Construction and Contingency. We propose to address the
drainage issues. The total amount is $500,000 and will be funded
by the Special! % Sales Tax, Phase I & II Recapture Funds. .
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax,. Phase I Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture

. Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
