BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized for CPB# 323-04-203823336. These
funds are to support additional costs identified via an updated
construction estimate. Funds will come from Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase
III Recapture Funds. The project is authorized to CPB # 323-04-
203823336. This project is to be funded by Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II,
Grading and Drainage account number 296823081.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III, Grading & Drainage
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase III Recapture Funds
