PINNACLE PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
CHANGE NUMBER TWO
BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County,
Georgia that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby adopted:
Section 1: The project is authorized to CPB# 322-04-203822642. The
funding for this project is needed for Right of Way, Construction
and Contingency. We propose to address the drainage issues.
The additional amount of $-230,000 will be funded by the Special
1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the
Consolidated Government to complete the project:
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
Special 1 % Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture

Section 3: The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
