BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission-Council of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia
that the following Capital Project Budget is hereby amended:
Section 1: The project change is authorized for CPB# 322-04-200822631. These will be used
to support additional costs associated with Right-of-way acquisition and utility
relocation. Funds will come from Special 1% Sales Tax, Phase II Recapture
Funds. The project authorized is for CPB# 322-04-200822631. This is a multi-
county project in the Georgia Department of Transportation's Construction Work
Program. The Parham Road project begins in Richmond County at State Route 10
and runs northwest into Columbia County. The Augusta Richmond County
portion of this project is to provide only the necessary funds for Right-of-way
acquisition and utility cost within Augusta-Richmond County for which the
estimated amount is $9,500. These funds will come from Special 1% Sales Tax,
Phase II Recapture Funds.
Section 2: The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Consolidated
Government to complete the project:
