BE IT ORDAINED by the Commission of Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia that the
following capital project budget is hereby amended:

The project change authorized is the creation of an additional funding source.
CPB# 57-8270-096 in the amount of$783,550.00 was adopted March 3, 1998.
These funds were set aside for this project in Special One Percent Sales Tax,
Phase III. This CPB amendment authorizes an additional $78,000 for this project
in Special One Percent Sales Tax, Phase I Recapture.
The project director is hereby directed to proceed with the project within the
terms of the funds appropriated herein.
The following revenues are anticipated to be available to the Commission to
complete the project.
Special 1 % Percent Sales Tax, Phase I $ 78,000
Special 1 % Percent Sales Tax, Phase III $783,550
The following amounts are appropriated for the project:
